Room Swap is a pioneering company originally founded by Iain Fenwick and Christian Lowe. Both have an extensive background in the hospitality industry stretching back years.

Whilst working together and sharing their experiences of the industry, they soon recognised there were owners of self catered accommodation, hotels, b&b's and guest houses crying out for a more professional way to get extra value from their rooms, and that is exactly what Room Swap provides.

It is well known that the hospitality industry requires extraordinary commitment and sacrifice and is very much a vocation rather than a job. Whilst it is very seldom opportunities arise for breaks or holidays, Room Swap offers you a solution.
